The workshop was a life-changing experience. As a more analytical person, I had already offered sound baths and was familiar with the technical aspects of sound healing. But the emotional connection and the deeper spiritual side of sound had not yet found enough space in my work. The workshop helped me to close this gap. The instructors created a supportive environment that allowed me to hone my skills.
I traveled all the way from Switzerland for this training and I have to say that it was absolutely worth it. The depth of knowledge and practical experience I gained went far beyond what I expected. Who is this Online Sound Training for?
This training is for you if you want to develop a deep understanding of how frequencies and their arrangement in time and space influence our body, mind and soul and how you can use this knowledge to help your clients find deep release. If you believe that a great practitioner should base their work both on extensive knowledge about music theory as well as a profound understanding of energy work (and that these two are inseparable), then you are in the right place. We don’t teach you to play a Sound Bowl. We teach you to tame frequencies in a way that recalibrates your client’s nervous system and activates the body's innate healing response.
Do I need any previous knowledge?
This training is for ALL light workers that hear the call to work with sound. As a beginner you will attain all the necessary skills and knowledge to safely and confidently guide others. You do not need any prior knowledge. However, our training isn’t solely a great foundation for beginners. We’ve had several seasoned practitioners join our training that craved a fundamental understanding of the laws of music & energy that they found lacking in other programs they had taken.
Do I need Cosmic Sound Bowls for the training?
The course is structured in a way so that you can learn about the art of sound first and choose your perfect Cosmic Sound Bowl Set with the knowledge attained. A few weeks after the Live Training we will reconvene to answer any questions that might come up through practising with your own bowlmates.
Will there be an exam at the end of the training?
There won’t be a written exam at the end of the training. However, there are certain requirements to ensure the competence and quality of those awarded with the Cosmic Academy Certification – which include: Submission of the pre-course work, attendance of the Live Sound Practitioner Training (or the recording with knowledge acquirement verification) and a 15-30-minute demo of your Sound Bath Session. Once these requirements are fulfilled you will receive your official certification. Feel free to contact us if you have any further questions on this!
I can’t join the live call. Can I still take the training?
While we recommend joining live so that you can ask all arising questions in the moment and benefit from the energetics of the group experience, we will provide a recording of the live call after for those who can’t attend live or have to disconnect intermittently to tend to their children e.g. Please contact us beforehand via contact@cosmicsoundbowls.com to get more info on how to fulfil all requirements to receive your certification when learning from the recording!
