Refund Policy for Cosmic Sound Bowls®

At Cosmic Sound Bowls®, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy:

1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns if you change your mind after receiving the product. However, if your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days at contact@cosmicsoundbowls.com, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

2. Refund Process
If a refund is granted due to a defective or damaged product, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method within 21 days after receiving the returned item.

3. Return Shipping
In the case of defective or damaged products, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us to arrange the return.

4. Right of Withdrawal
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing via email at contact@cosmicsoundbowls.com. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized items.
